You asked me on the call for my vision for your role, and you were right that I should have it clear. So here it is — and under each one, the exact thing I'm asking you to bring or do. This is the working doc for our next call.
This is where I feel the partnership would live, and it's the thing I keep coming back to. As men, when we start healing our first, second, and third chakras — which most of us are not healed — we stop trying to stick it into everything and we start channeling that life force from the inside out. That's the layer I want to build a program on, and it's the layer you've lived in for a decade.
Here's the frame I keep coming back to, and it's the one that made sense when we talked about access to capital. You said it's not even about what you make — it's about your ability to access capital — and "we have access to capital." I've got a set of tools, and the way I see us working is that the companies you have access to could pour revenue into them. Vision Bridge is the name I'm giving that. And the "hundred million a year" line — I'm holding that as the ambition, and it's the lens for the real question: which of my tools are the right targets for your companies to feed?
A different ask from the money stuff — this is reach. You keep telling me you have access to a ton of people, and I believe you. You talked about the meaningful connections you've made, the fact that you've been honest with every one of them. That's a whole audience that's already in the lane.
You and I went deep on money, and you said it's all about access to capital. You said 3 to 4 million a year is the sweet spot — the place where you live the greatest life, and all the other capital that comes in gets reinvested to fuel your passions and make a difference. I'm with you on that. You've also got that meeting with "Capital Guy." Two options I'm open to exploring — neither is a commitment:
A partner who puts growth capital in to pour in and grow. The capital does the heavy lifting while we build the thing.
A partner with access to capital who tests the products and rolls them up into a larger media company, with a quick exit in mind.
What I'd love: if your "Capital Guy" conversation touches on either, or you've seen it done, tell me. I'm not asking you to solve it.
On it, three things:
Give me two or three times next week that work. Before we talk, I'll send you the Project 2025 white paper, the 337 framework material, and some collaboration ideas — so you're not starting from zero.
